Round up or down with pennies being discontinued

When you pull forward a deferred work with prolink parts previously looked up on the catalog, the parts do not come forward looked up to be able to go to the purchases tab and place an order. You need to relook up the parts which adds more steps that have previously been done.

I would like to differentiate between authorization via phone or text message to the authorization screen on the work order. In the event of a question about how it was authorized we will know where to look rather than having to determine if it was a call or text.

Protractor needs to send a message internally to let the advisor know work has been electronically authorized.

The Labor Line Box currently has the "Hours" & "Technician Hours" But NO Timeclock hours for any tech for that job line. By having the timeclock hours included in the labor line box, jumping back and forth between the Timeclock hours and the labor hour tab would not be as necessary. A "bonus add" would be the "%" boxes. Recommend Shortening "technician hours" to "Tech Hours". Plenty of vertical space for additional adds...

have several shops that have employees that are color blind, can not see that the labor or part has not been received. Can you make it bolder or change the color so those can see it? Not sure if it is possible.

We build very large work orders, if there could be a way to copy and duplicate an entire work order that would be exceptionally helpful. If we copy & paste one package at a time by the time we near the end, protractor can't handle both being open at the same time and closes itself down.

We can convert Estimates to WOs, but it would be nice to convert WOs to Estimates

On long term project, it would be useful to create all the holdovers directly from the work order.
