NEED TO BE ABLE TO MAKE FONT SIZES BIGGER FOR WORK ORDERS. THE FONT FOR THE WORK ORDER NUMBER IS TO SMALL.

We run a considerable wholesale business. We have a couple older drivers that have trouble seeing the part numbers on our invoice. Colors are neat, but they're not nearly as visibly striking as a much bigger font. We can create a whole new invoice template for wholesale, but you CAN'T change a single font or font size on that or any template. It's time to let me change the font. I can literally change it everywhere else in my life. Just not protractor.

It would be nice to add 2 techs to one labour line. Creating 2 labour lines makes the work order look messy. We have times where 2 techs work together on a job and it would be nice to split the hour.

It would be great if we could bring up the Spell Check window with a Right Click on the flagged word.

Is there a way to show any and all price changes of a work order. At times when you receive a part for an upcoming job if the cost is different or if you did not use the full matrix mark up when you receive the part it bring up a pop up asking if you want to change the price based on that cost. If you accidentally press yes it will change the selling price and then you have to remember what the selling price was before. If the job is here you can look at the authorized amount to make sure it will match but you can't see what individual items have changed and if the job is not here yet so it has not yet been authorized, there is no away to know the previous total to make sure your estimate did not change. It would be nice to have a running text that shows any price changes like it does with authorization changes. So it can say brake pads sell price change from $79.99 to $89.99 or xxxxx part added at $5.63. This way you can see the "evolution" of the work order to show any changes made.

Would be nice to print customer invoices before posting them so we can go over the work with the customer before taking money and posting the work order.

Need to be able to default to more than just print or email. Would love to be able to setup some to email and no print, and other customers could be defaulted to a no print, or print AND email.

Example: You have completed a Comprehensive Service, you send the authorization to the customer and they are able to decline the completed work. This should be greyed out and not clickable. They often click decline and then Authorize the other work. A great tool but provides inaccurate authorizations.

Protractor needs to send a message internally to let the advisor know work has been electronically authorized.

When you source any part from the returned items on your work order and it pulls the part in, it does not put the part at matrix pricing. It brings it in at cost and sells out at cost. Can this be changed to have it be the matrix sell cost it went into the return bin with??
