When searching for a contact having the ability to see if the customer currently has any open estimates would be really beneficial

The ability to assign an entire service package line parts/labour to warranty (or discount) without having to individually go to each part/labour line item to apply it would be very helpful and save a lot of unnecessary time.

When a customer is PST exempt, why does it still charge PST on the Eco fees when you create the invoice but when you charge it to an account the PST is removed. When a customer asks for a copy of the invoice they receive the one with PST on it.

Would be nice if there was an option to send over an estimate prior to appointment/ ro. Example : someone calls for a quick tire quote and wants you to send over estimates and prefers text. Would like ability to send over the authorization form.

To be able to add a lump sum credit/discount to a customer without having the do it through a labor or parts line.

To be able to hand a customer a tablet to have them fill out their contact information and or vehicle information and have it populate directly into Protractor and flag if the customer is already in the system.

Shops often have jobs that needs two techs and it should be easier to have one tech help another and still be able see the efficiency on the job and them as a team.

It would be nice to see notes entered when ordering parts through the online catalogue, to stay on the purchases screen after ordered. Would help when looking back to see if parts were requested urgent or if they had to be ordered, etc. An example would be that if we ordered parts and they haven't shown up, to see what we requested at time of order, i.e. "please order parts from warehouse" or "please order from another location" ect.
