You should be able to open a previous work order by searching the old invoice or work order number. Have that old invoice come up and still be able to see the vehicle service history from there. Not to have to go to contacts and find it that way.

Great to see others requesting this feature!
The ability to access vehicle history from invoices would be incredibly helpful — just as it is on work orders and estimates. Several customers have submitted similar requests, and it’s clear this is a widely desired improvement. Here are the related requests so far:

It would be great if these could be consolidated so Protractor can see the full demand for this feature. Many of us would benefit from having this tool available on invoices, making it easier to reference vehicle history and improve efficiency.

Keeping both the History and Purchases tabs visible on invoices would make the Invoice screen as functional and consistent as Work Orders, reducing back-and-forth clicks and streamlining workflows when referencing past parts and orders.
