Would like a notification to pop up when inventory is getting low so employees can reorder before they completely run out.

When adding an oil filter (for example) from inventory - you go to inventory check tab to look up. But if the item is out of stock (regardless you have a case on the floor that just came in) the Service advisor scrolls right by it because its not highlighted. Can we have that little green flag under availibility show red and if you hover it will show 0 or Neg 1 Etc.. Would save SA's from ordering unnecessary parts at higher costs... Also if our other locations have it - show that instantly (vs doing an inventory transfer lookup .

When you check for Duplicates in the Inventory need to be able to either print the list or export to Excel. Sometimes the list is quite long.

When doing a large or medium order for inventory, would be helpful to create one invoice and add parts to it versus searching on inventory then putting invoice number in each time.

We would like to clean up the number of items listed in our inventory however, we would prefer not to delete some of these items and still have access to their pricing and purchase/sale history. It would be very beneficial to have an option to "deactivate/activate” an inventory item.

Would like to see a report or a hover over of who changed inventory quantities.

At times it would be very handy to be able to create a duplicated copy of an inventory item. For example when wanting to add an item that is identical to other items already on file except the part number for example, is one increment different. Maybe the behavior similar as the duplicating a journal transaction feature.

The ability to expense an inventory Item vs Recount in the inventory card i.e. we buy bulk internal supply items that we like to track the turn over in inventory. It would be nice to be able to have an EXPENSE button on the ribbon to click and expense like the recount option to where it should be allocated to.

Would be nice if we could get a warning when adding an inventory item to a work order that we are down to our 'low order' number. When I used a different program, it would popup a warning saying "warning, you only have 2-partnumber's in stock" this was great and we'd never run out. running a parts report every day would be annoying, and the parts we run out of due to low stock are ones that can't be ordered via protractor anyways (special orders/plow parts/lift kits/etc) would love this basic feature some day..

We are a tire shop and we store tires on premise. It would be very helpful to have a tire storage module that tracks stored tires to the customer's vehicle. Would need the ability to also do the following. Print an acknowledgement form for signature by the customer. Print tire tags on 8.5 x 11 labels. Record a location after the invoice is closed. Search for tires in an inventory module or report.
