Would like to be able to duplicate existing part # from inventory to Edit with a new part number but the type of part ect would be the same. I see that you can duplicate Posted Invoices or Bills.

Want to add / associate S/N's (Serial Numbers) to a part in inventory

The ability to create a PO using the Inventory Reorder function, but create a list of items with the Alternate P/N (ALT_A). This will enable PO's to be created using a supplier p/n instead of your p/n. Would like to be able to export to Excel with a column for ALT P/N's.

Being able to batch enter inventory. instead of going one by one entering the same invoice number 30 or so times on different parts, would be nice to start an "supplier invoice" and enter parts one that then submit

Implement the functionality for us to create and print labels for our parts, especially Inventory Parts. Should have the choice to include: Part #, Description, Vendor, Manufacturer, High Order & Low order (pretty much any field that is in the Inventory Card)

Would be nice if we could get a warning when adding an inventory item to a work order that we are down to our 'low order' number. When I used a different program, it would popup a warning saying "warning, you only have 2-partnumber's in stock" this was great and we'd never run out. running a parts report every day would be annoying, and the parts we run out of due to low stock are ones that can't be ordered via protractor anyways (special orders/plow parts/lift kits/etc) would love this basic feature some day..

Would like a notification to pop up when inventory is getting low so employees can reorder before they completely run out.

When adding an oil filter (for example) from inventory - you go to inventory check tab to look up. But if the item is out of stock (regardless you have a case on the floor that just came in) the Service advisor scrolls right by it because its not highlighted. Can we have that little green flag under availibility show red and if you hover it will show 0 or Neg 1 Etc.. Would save SA's from ordering unnecessary parts at higher costs... Also if our other locations have it - show that instantly (vs doing an inventory transfer lookup .

When doing a large or medium order for inventory, would be helpful to create one invoice and add parts to it versus searching on inventory then putting invoice number in each time.

For inventory counts. A special inventory counting section strictly for the proper method of cycle counts and year end counts required by CRA (Canadian Revenue Agency) procedures regulations. Be able to print all items in inventory with option to include zero qty also and can be broke out into Grid locations including ones without a location, or manufacturer or code, only these reports in the inventory count process do not print the qty but a blank line next to the part #. Date and time, page # and a space for the person counting initials. Be able to then pull that same report up in the ‘Enter Count’ mode. Here the physical count is now input next to each item. Submit. Once submitted it then in the background takes the input number and the number in inventory system and calculates the differential on each part #. Then prints the differential report listing only the part#s with a blank line beside it, that have a differential, but does not print the differential amount. It is used as another count sheet for the items to be counted again by a person other than the first counter. Pull up that differential list and now input the second count numbers. Submit. It does the differential calculation again. Only this time the report prints the ones with a differential and the differential amount. When this is completed for all grid locations and no location or manufacturer or code and part numbers a new ‘Final Count’ section is entered where the all the parts with differentials sorted by location or manufacturer or code are brought up on the screen to accept the final count number to be input. Submit. Once all have been submitted a final inventory report with all quantities is produced for saving into inventory thus doing the recounts in the background and allowing the report to be saved as a pdf as well as able to be printed. Be able to automatically produce the recounts done in a report that is included to follow the inventory report above, as well as be able to print only the recounts report additionally as needed without printing the full inventory report again.
