Since I am not a programmer and don’t fully know what is included in the API’s for integrated partners, I’ll apologize now if this is redundant. Could the API’s for integrating partners which provide estimating support include: Year make model Technician Job details Standard labor guide estimated time Hours clocked Technician efficiency The value this will bring is incredible. When using ai powered job costing software, with the details above; we would have the most accurate estimating guide possible. Our own facility labor guide, based on actual data. Not what it takes to do the job when the vehicle is 6 months old. With this working we would no longer require labor matrices.

I would like to see integration with NAPA's latest version of PROLink. The current version integrated with Protractor often doesn't show inventory. We go to the NAPA ProLink website and will find part required and in stock. We then have to copy part numbers over to the invoice and manually enter some or all of the data.

Would like a button inside of Protractor to link directly to Auto Vitals.

The integration with Napa Prolink needs to be updated STAT - Napa is our go-to for auto parts but more and more often we are finding "no parts available" for basic items like ignition coils, brakes, etc. which slows our progress and forces us elsewhere for parts.

is there a possibility to integrate protractor inventory to Shopify.

Can we Please get the new Napa Prolink API working.

Allow Protractor to pass customer deposits on a work order over to QuickBooks. When a customer makes a deposit it is part of the bank deposit (which shows that way in Protractor) but isn't transfered by Accounting Link into QuickBooks so the deposits can match. This becomes a real problem if it is a vehicle here for weeks, unable to balance the checking account in QuickBooks and the deposit do not match Protractor.

I would like to be able to view interval service and carfax for a vehicle without having to have a work order open.

With your built in DVI, is there the ability to make the inspection save part way through? Twice today and many times if the technician takes a couple hours to do an inspection like a commercial vehicle or out of province, the inspection will freeze up and not allow you to do anything, then it wipes the whole thing.... Any way to stop this from happening?
