Can we Please get the new Napa Prolink API working.

Just want telephone link to dial out from this screen

We would like AutoOps to only look at the hours that are actually booked on any given day. AutoOps can not currently see any holdovers that we create. AutoOps says that due to Protractor's API they are not able to see the hours booked. This would help us schedule more efficiently and effectively via hours instead of number of appointments. Can Protractor please provide the needed access to the hours booked figure for AutoOps?

Update the Protractor API to include holdover data (and any other data necessary) so that AutoOps can know exactly how many hours are booked each day. This will aid in scheduling the correct amount of appointments. See attached screenshot: on Wed, AutoOps is thinking there are 19.4 hours booked that day due to the holdover...when in reality we only have 11.4 hours booked. This results in us either underbooking or overbooking instead of being able to schedule the correct number of appointments each day. Would love to see integrations with companies like 3CX to link call display to a customer's service history and/or ongoing work. Or the ability to dial directly from Protractor.

In the light of caring for one's vehicle, the benefit of having carfax service data is valuable and supportive; however, what about open recalls? (The recalls fall under the VIN but have not been performed.) We endeavor to provide our clients with the most detailed available service info; searching for or even calling the dealer for recall info is a heavy task. Since Carfax is integrated, can it also be added to include the Open recall notices? It should almost be obligatory since most recalls are a safety concern.

With your built in DVI, is there the ability to make the inspection save part way through? Twice today and many times if the technician takes a couple hours to do an inspection like a commercial vehicle or out of province, the inspection will freeze up and not allow you to do anything, then it wipes the whole thing.... Any way to stop this from happening?

When using DT Tire for online lookup of parts, we are only able to look up tires, we are unable to look up wheels or accessories. "Search by Part Number" allows us to look up tire part numbers only, it will not look up any other product type. Could this feature be added so that we can use Protractor to look up all products from DT Tire Link? Requesting more DT Tire API functionality

Integrate other catalogs instead of just Shopkey Pro. For example being able to have Alldata instead.

I bet there are companies out there that can bidirectionally work with the API to facilitate a much more robust reminder system. I would love to see the reminders included with the API so those companies can use AI to accomplish the other things previously asked for in the reminder system, as well as sending out automated reminders of those items as needed, along with deferred work, etc. I have a vision of how it could work, but I am not a programmer so I may be dreaming too big.
