Protractor

It would be helpful to be able to push our matrix to our vendor, so that when a part is received, the vendor's "sell price" or "retail price" listed on the invoice copy matches the margins we have built in.

The existing NAPA ProLink integration is failing!! We are having to bounce between Protractor and the NAPA ProLink website to accurately source parts. May I get an update on when the new NAPA ProLink will be integrated please? Thank you!!

The current labor guide has so many flaws its unreal. Having to look up labor times on just about every car to make sure we are not loosing money / Hours is sucking up all the efficiency protractor has gained us. Please get a new labor guide. when 3/5 cars have totally different times than Mitchell or Alldata is very annoying to have to do these extra steps.

Can we please get a new link for the new Napa and Altrom Prolinks Trying to order parts on the old system sucks-don't know how many times this has to be brought up with no action

For everyone that loved Epicors Smart Ecat that allowed you to search price and availability from multiple vendors in one screen this is Nexparts solution. The time my staff spends searching for parts today with supply chain issues is causing a bottleneck in our shops and this would show availability in one screen for our main vendors. The time saver this creates plus potential added margin when our first call pricing is out of line is enormous. We believe this integration could add over 100 basis points to our parts margin and increase our bay turns.

Imagine a future with AI assistance in estimating. Why does a service advisor have to select the correct air filter for a 5.0l Ford F-150? How many times have they done this?

Would like a cleaner and smoother integration with partstech particularly the tire function. As the tire vendor integration currently with protractor is clunky at best. Their ATD integration is the best protractor has so far. Partstech tires is very well put together but does not come to protractor very well. Protractor does a lot of things well but lack in the tire business
