Agreed. Excellent tool. I previously requested Protractor automatically scrape CARFAX and auto-remedy reminders, but it wasn't seen as a priority. Clearly it is needed because Detect Auto was founded around doing this exact thing and they're growing fast. The customer question tool is also huge. Great automations.
