Allow Protractor to pass customer deposits on a work order over to QuickBooks. When a customer makes a deposit it is part of the bank deposit (which shows that way in Protractor) but isn't transfered by Accounting Link into QuickBooks so the deposits can match. This becomes a real problem if it is a vehicle here for weeks, unable to balance the checking account in QuickBooks and the deposit do not match Protractor.

Dan Bryant, who helped you set that up??? I've been on the phone with them multiple times myself. I even spent a bunch of time demo'ing the issue with TBO last month. If you've got it working, I want the miracle, too!!!! Help! It's a nightmare!

Jodi Knepper Honestly, I can't remember when it was set up. I don't remember having to request it at least. We are on QB Desktop, not sure if that makes a difference.
We take a lot of deposits, and my bank account matches every day. Someone has to be able to get this setting right for you guys.

Dan Bryant we did switch to QBO (LOVE it, btw... I resisted a long time, but it's so much better), but we've had this issue since we first started. And we were on Desktop then. Idk. I may screenshot this convo and try to send it to TBO.

Jodi Knepper If there's any way i can help, just ask. That would be super frustrating! I'm still irritated that they force every transaction to flow in and out of A/R.

You might have an issue with the setup in Accounting link. Our deposits do pass to quickbooks, i think that TBO support should be able to solve this for you!
