As Don said, if you create a parts order from your inventory, receiving your list will be very simple. There are training modules for this and it is a great time saver. However, if you choose to continue receiving directly from inventory, there is no need to re-enter the supplier invoice # repeatedly, once it is entered the 1st time, that # will appear in the drop down when receiving and can be selected each time.
