Recently, I had an experience with 1 of your competitors. I received a text message that broke down all that I had brought my vehicle into the shop for, that had the ability to electronically sign and authorize / approve the work. A significant amount of the work we do is without a customer present. Usually via a pickup and delivery scenario. This service would be a game changer for us.

Now that we have the ability to send a document link via text, it would be great to add a digital signature field to capture authorization signatures via email and text message.

Would be great to be able to write estimates from the contact screen

As a technician or service advisor, I would like to be able to add words to our local dictionary in spell check so that words correctly spelled in the USA are not red-flagged by Protractor's Canadian dictionary. We also would like to add acronyms and other industry standard terms to it.

It would be helpful to be able to text a customer the authorized amount after a verbal conversation. This would prevent the conversation latter (that's not what you told me)

When you post a WO and select "Check" as payment. Would be nice to add a Check # to the payment.
