It would be helpful to be able to text a customer the authorized amount after a verbal conversation. This would prevent the conversation latter (that's not what you told me)

In the January update we added the ability to text a link to a work order or invoice. You have the option to display authorizations on the work order already. By texting the work order with authorization displayed, does this accomplish your request?

The message appears like this, 
Hi John. The estimated invoice total will be 395.56 for the 2022 F150. Replying "yes" to this text message indicates your authorization to for us to conduct services as discussed.

I agree very helpful and would eliminate the scammers saying they or the spuse did not approve that amount.
