Need to be able to move returned parts back to a WO with less clicks and without having to go through inventory.

For consistency of the user interface, need to include History tab on Estimates and Invoices like on Work Orders. This will make it mush easier to access history when looking at any of these documents.

Include engine size and other useful vehicle info in right side bar on WO/Est/Inv without additional clicks.

Being able to see what time and day the appointment was actually entered into system .

We absolutely need a proper cash flow statement in reporting.

As a technician or service advisor, I would like to be able to add words to our local dictionary in spell check so that words correctly spelled in the USA are not red-flagged by Protractor's Canadian dictionary. We also would like to add acronyms and other industry standard terms to it.

Would be great to be able to write estimates from the contact screen

We would like the ability to have inventory items that are entered to follow our current parts matrix.

Title says it all. It would be great to have the ability to add notes in the scheduler where it doesn't take time away from your booking hours. Exemple I would love to be able to make a note that I have a doctors appointment.

Would be very helpful if one could select and copy text on closed WOs. Use in replying to guest email or reviews. We have links to digital inspections. Comes up all the time and have to painfully retype everything.
