Zip codes and city names autopopulate wrong

In the last month, when we input customer's contact info in contacts or via scheduler or work order, address says information in address already exists, do you want to change it - even if it is a new customer with blank info. When we provide the city, state and zip, the message will come up. Clicking yes or no may change to an entirely new city and state and zip or not. We have to change fields over and over until Protractor gives in and allows the city and state and zip we want. This needs to change ASAP so that what we type in stays until we change it.

This is very annoying and creates extra, unneeded steps. And, why spell out the state...makes no sense.

Also, it spells out the state instead of using the two character abbreviation.

This is very annoying and time waster.. Please resolve this quickly

Also hope this is resolved ASAP, we are in Canada and the box that pops up is annoying and then we lose everything

Hopefully, this is resolved ASAP. It is causing multiple concerns!

I completely agree. One of the worst updates I have ever seen, makes you wonder if Protractor beta tests these releases, or are we the beta tester?
Mark Campbell
also, not having the zip/postal code field prompt before being completed. In Canada, we use a pattern of A1A 2B2 postal codes, and just about every time its input, we only get half way through before the message box pops up.

Isn't that the most annoying thing ? Having a box pop up 3 times to put the postal code in???? ARRRRGH
