Would like to have a system in place that will automatically send text messages to customers 1-2 days before there scheduled appointment as a reminder.

Along with the text it would be nice for it to remind the customer of the date and time of the appointment.

ours sends emails to the customer 10 and 2 days prior to their appt. works great..

This feature would need to include a check box on the work order to say confirmed... In the same way an appointment has a checkbox. This is for those of us that start with a work order right away. This feature would avoid unnecessary texts being sent.
