Feature Request: Admin-Controlled Work Order Unlock
Current Behavior:
Currently, anyone in a work order can unlock it by typing "yes."
Issue:
This allows users to unlock work orders without authorization, which can lead to accidental or unauthorized changes and reduces accountability.
Proposed Solution:
Allow administrators to enable password-protected work order unlocking. The password could be set by management, or access could be controlled through user permissions so that only designated staff members can unlock work orders.
Benefits:
* Improves security and control over work order modifications
* Prevents unauthorized changes to completed or locked work orders
* Increases accountability by limiting access to authorized personnel
* Reduces the risk of accidental edits
* Supports better workflow management and internal controls
Optional Enhancement:
Record the username, date, and time whenever a work order is unlocked for audit and accountability purposes.
