Would like to have a customizable work order status. Also, would like to be able to change the default status instead of "inspection in progess" to something like "waiting for service"

Agreed. We hack actual status using flags, so being able to customize status' would add the clarity to our team on actual status and efficiency for advisors who have to constantly manage updating the appropriate status flags.
