We would love to have a pop up note feature on the customer card that pops up when we book an appointment. This way we can remind ourselves of things we need to know for next visit.

This would be great. There are so many notes that should be a pop up under the customer and the vehicle. I can't count how many times I tell a customer there is something "they need to keep an eye on" and there first response is "well you will have a note in the system right" . We need to have a way to have a customer notes and a vehicle notes section added that pops up in a window every time that customer or that vehicle is selected. Even for notes like before 2 PM call work number after 2 PM call cell number, etc.
