Update pricing on deferred service packages

I noticed after changing our alignment prices that Protractor does not update to the new pricing for any work deferred before the new price. When pulling over any deferred work that is a service package, Protractor should use the newest service package pricing

Before Protractor could update the pricing, they must first remember the vendor selection for said pricing. Currently vendor selection is not maintained on older deferred work. Both are needed.

Wish this could also be accomplished with past services being quickly added.

Jimmy Oades, Agreed. If someone comes in for an oil change I have to build a new oil change package because if not it will pull up old pricing which could be incorrect. It almost makes the "past servies" function useless, I use it for reference only.
