I have been told NAPA has supplied Protractor with all the necessary software to integrate the new NAPA ProLink. The current intergration is FAILING!! May I PLEASE get an acurate ETA on the new integration?!?

The existing NAPA ProLink integration is failing!! We are having to bounce between Protractor and the NAPA ProLink website to accurately source parts. May I get an update on when the new NAPA ProLink will be integrated please? Thank you!!

I would like to see integration with NAPA's latest version of PROLink. The current version integrated with Protractor often doesn't show inventory. We go to the NAPA ProLink website and will find part required and in stock. We then have to copy part numbers over to the invoice and manually enter some or all of the data.

Can we please get a new link for the new Napa and Altrom Prolinks Trying to order parts on the old system sucks-don't know how many times this has to be brought up with no action

We have been working with NAPA on this for a while now and it's in progress, and we hope to have it ready for early Q1. NAPA is not sunsetting their current ProLink though so there is no retirement at the end of 2025 at least for integrations. They may choose to sunset the native login, but that won't impact our integration.
