Still shows both lines it would be easier to be able to add additional technician on the existing labour line like StockTrac does.

You are able to do this by adding another Labor Line and assigning the tech to that line. Problem with that is the Advisor or Management needs to do that and it consumes time and resources. I believe the most effective method is to have a setting where management could choose weather or not an additional tech could clock into already assigned Service Packages, and then have it automatically create the additional Labor Line for that Tech.

Robert Blaes we do an extra line as well but looks so messy when we send off to customers.

Tytan Power Ltd., we've been told that what we see on the screen isn't what the customer sees when you print/send it. Protractor collapses multiple lines into one if you use the identical words. You can make sure it does this by using copy-paste so you don't have any random "spaces" that make the individual lines not-identical.

Jodi Knepper It definitely shows two technician (labor) lines when we send it off as we need to put each tech # on each line so the techs know who's line is who easier when clocking into w/o's. We used to do it identical and still showed both after sending it off to customer, we bcc ourselves so see what is sent
Wil Hudson
Tytan Power Ltd. There is a setting that just shows one labor line. Labor lines must be stacked

Wil Hudson is this maybe a feature only available to US customers? Not Canada as we've inquired about this not long ago

Wil Hudson On Print Documents, Invoice - Advanced settings and select combine consecutive lines. For this to work, both lines must read the same: e.g. "Labor", "Labor"

Tytan Power Ltd. Just posted the way to do this. This feature already exists. I make no absolute comments about efficiency. However, you must split the labor between the two techs, so Protractor has the data to do track this. e.g. 1 tech is 3 hours and 2nd tech is helper for 1 hour, combined line prints 4 hours of labor, but both techs are still on this invoice, just pretend hidden.
