Time Clock Statistics Extended Report - Would like the charge back column added to this report. The proficiency % calculation does not remove the charge back hours in it's formula. I think this makes the proficiency number incorrect or at least does not give the full picture. IF the charge back number was in this report, we could make another calculated column showing the NET PROFICIENCY of each tech. Can not find in any other report were the attendance, labor hours and charge back hours are all reported together. If you have a lot of charge back hours it would also allow to to determine how the techs efficiency percentage may also be the caused of the charge back hours.
