If you go into time clock you can see attendance and w.o. punches. Unfortunately you cannot print from here in a printable format. We need to see attendance and the tickets punched in a report format. We audit daily to track our front ends efficiency moving techs from job to job.

I agree Aden. My comments are that this screen is not understandable and you can't quickly print from it. I don't also don't like the screen view that Time Clock displays as it is not logical (for a human) and doesn't sort chronologically in an undestandable format.

I understand that you can go to Reports to get mor detailed information, but this is not a user friendly exercise to open a new sceen vs print a report from the screen you are already in. Most of our techs do not have the patience to navigate throught the columns and folders when using Reports.

I created dashboards for this purpose. I print them each week and my team signs them. This also covers me with the labor board.
