Technician View shows a summary bar, Clocked Hours, Assigned Hours, Productivity, and Efficiency, but the Assigned Hours are from every open or future-dated job assigned to them. This causes the Summary to be void of usefulness. Since this screen is where techs can see their own performance throughout the day, it would be extremely helpful to add a “Today-Only Mode” that limits Assigned Hours to the work scheduled for the current day. This would prevent future jobs from affecting the numbers and give technicians a clear, accurate view of their true daily performance.
