Service advisor - Service advisor hours as well absolutely necessary

Hi Darren. I use that report. However, that is not giving me the snapshot I'm looking for. We have labor hour goals per week. We want to be able to see the amount of labor that is pending to be done (or sold), as well as how much has been completed for that same time period. That will tell us as we go through the week what we have yet to accomplish.

Mary are you using the time clock? If so, under reports - employee - time clock, the Time Clock Job Efficiency by Finish Time will give you this info.

When a tech marks the job done with time clock it shows a checkbox and finish time, and shows you the other lines still in progress.
