When booking a technician off through the employee hours - schedule overview, the system does not block off the technician for the day. All it does is put "day off" at the top of the tech's name when viewing the scheduler. It also removes their hours from the total available hours, but shows nothing when viewing the normal daily schedule. I feel it should block off the ability to book work for the technician, as well as have some indication on the regular daily schedule.
