Wages should always be private - when on the Analysis tab of a Workorder, service advisors can see the assigned tech's wage in the breakdown. The analysis tab should be an optional permission, if not have a more than one type of service advisor security level.

Agreed. It would also be nice to make some sort of Notes under the employee contacts at a security level as well.
