Tech "Done By Time" and Customer "Promise Time"

Techs need a done by time
Customers need a promise time
The two are different but very important to manage. Right now there is only one promise time slot in Protractor which makes managing these two different times difficult.
For example, the customer approves a timing belt job on Monday. Parts will be here Tuesday. Workflow load allows job to be performed on Wednesday. We expect the technician to be done by Wednesday end of day. The promise time for the customer is Friday end of day which allows for delays or other unforeseen issues without having to push back the promise time with the customer.
Can there be two time slots: one for the tech and one for the customer?

I would like Protractor to add multiple time stamps to appointments and work orders similar to what you suggest as well as who booked and appointment vs who is the service manager.
