I agree, the DVI is not great for progress photos. having the sms send photos would be nice.

Doug Brackett. When you are completing an item and you want to send photos to show progress to a customer the DVI is maybe not the right tool

BRIAN SHISLER - 23149 Ahh, yes. We use Autovitals and have the ability to add pictures and notes to work order lines (this is critical as we are paperless). The report is live and clients can see the pictures of completed work, we often go over this material on pick-up as well.
