With the current functionality, work that has already been authorized can be declined if there is a subsequent authorization sent. Our request is that pre-authorized work already marked complete is greyed out or otherwise labeled as already authorized or completed. An additional layer could be as long as the service package is within $xx of the initial authorization.

This is useful so that we can have an initial diagnosis or inspection authorized and completed and then send another authorization once additional recommendations are estimated.
