Send Authorization Approval Notification

The new Send Authorization feature is great, but currently the only way to know if a customer has approved work is by enabling the general Work Order status change notifications. Is there a way to tie the authorization directly to the Work Order and trigger a specific notification, rather than relying on the broader status change alerts?

Yes, we need a notification when a client approves work through this new system. Without a notification it leaves room for a break down of communication between shop and client when this is exactly what we are trying to avoid.

Yes, please! We love this new feature, but it’s extremely inconvenient to have to keep monitoring the work order to see when the authorization status changes. Please give us a notification similar to the text notifications.

100% agree, we actually stopped using the authorization feature because we don't get any noticeable notification when a client has authorized the work.
