See history visits and ARO in the customer profile or on the RO screen quickly and easily

I would like to see how many times the customer has been in the store, and what their average repair order is? I think this information is very valuable in multiple instances. On the work order screen, possible in the vehicle tab another window we can toggle open.

Just in case you weren't aware, this is available on the Customer Card. There is a Details button that shows you Lifetime Spending and Lifetime Invoices.

I used it recently as a loud guy was telling me about how great a customer he was, having over $800K in cars. His lifetime spending with me was $150! He was not a customer that I cared about and hopefully he fired himself. We caught him trying to cheat on a State Inspection. LOL

Brian Pellerin Yes these type of Customer you dont have to waster your breath in explaining what the car needs as he aint gonna buy anything except and oil change!
