Block the scheduler for a certain amount of vehicles per day or labor hours so extra appointments can't be added in, unless overridden by the service manager with pass code

Set the hours available in the tech schedule to the amount of hours each tech can complete. That will make the numbers of hours at the top correct. i.e. if a junior tech can only produce 6 hours a day, set their schedule from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, and this will set the available hours correct and help the Advisor stay in front of things.
