At this time of year, we are extremely busy, and time slots for sold work are in demand. I have just had an incident where another advisor deleted my holdover in order to insert his own.... Unfortunately I can't prove it. We need a tracking system that can follow the history of an RO to show parts, labor, holdovers etc to show who made the modification to the RO and when. The history can either stay with the RO or disappear after closing. We just need to know who messed with the RO....
