What would be amazing is if the resources:

-Could be visible in the scheduler -- currently only available in the prioritization screen.

-Automatically assign a designated color to the appointment/work order in the scheduler.

-Automatically select the required resource based on service package selection.

-Confirmation to proceed or a warning when an appointment that requires a specific resource is set for a day when the resource has no further availability.

-Were more intuitive, for when you are booking a service and setting the resource, the date should automatically select the date set for the future appointment--not the date of creation...

As we continue to fine-tune our booking process, the resources feature is useful. Still, it needs to be enhanced and further integrated into the scheduler so that our advisors can see at a glance what the availability is, without having to switch between the prioritization screen and back, etc.
