Restrict creation of Receivable Accounts

Allow Service Advisors full usage of receiving payments, applying credits and viewing account history, but NOT the ability to actually create the Receivable Account (would like A/R account creation to be a Manager-only setting). This is for security.

I have Payable Accounts set to "View" only for my Service Advisors. They cannot create a new account with this setting. I think this might work for you.

Doesn't this already exist? I think we have ours locked down so that only admin can open an account.
