Same old problem, still not being addressed. Receivable statements are no longer showing charge/credit and payment info in the description line so a customer cannot see their history on statement.
This was previously part of the program and was discontinued. Very frustrating that I have to pull up a report or take screen shots to show a customer there receivable history.
Our customers in general do not like our statements and find them confusing and don't provide useful payment and invoice value history.
If the columns that show in the system in accounting could be shown on the statements, it would solve the problem. To accommodate other user preferences, there should be a settings option to turn columns on or off for statements.
