Prevent New Appointments From Being Created when Tech Hours are 0 for the Day

i second this, it would be great if it we could set it up like a holiday, but for a tech only as then it prompts the service consultants when they try to book for that day for the technician, it would also be great if on the prioritization screen is was grayed out for the tech, when a tech is off like the calendar is. as just showing 0 hours at the top is often missed and the techs are then booked work.
