On Hold work Orders

In the priority screen under the Technician tab, any "On Hold" work should be shown at the bottom but work hours should not be calculated in the tech "W" or "R" time. This allows the tech to see what happened to work orders where there is a hold because of waiting on parts or authorization.

Often vehicle in On Hold can be overlooked or forgotten. Becomes a black hole. Would be good for them to be shown on the prioritization screen with a carrot on the left to expand or shrink as needed (no need to show all continuously, but default to all open).
