Darren Williams, the link you provided doesn't seem to show any internal message that may come through as soon as a work order/work package has been approved. I agree with Meg that as an advisor, we need something like an internal message that pops up to tell us something has been authorized. Right now, it relies on already really busy advisors regularly checking the work in progress or the prioritization screen for tiny little icons that may be updated and checking frequently to try and catch something as soon as it's been approved. If there is something in the settings that can be adjusted, where do we find it? or is it only adjustable by tech support?
