Darren Williams this is awesome! We don't need it often, but when we do, this will make it much easier than making it an inventory item then adding from inventory. Thank you to you and the team!

Darren Williams Good morning Darren, is there any way to set it so that when an item is returned and then put back onto an invoice it is brought back at the previous selling price. For example when you return an item and bring it back on the same or a different invoice it is brought back at cost with no way of knowing what the quoted price of that item was. If this can be implemented that would be amazing. Thank you sir.

PHILS MOBILE LTD. - Kyle We could probably make it so that it uses margin matrix or inventory pricing rules, but I don't think we could account for if someone manually changed to a fixed rate, fixed total, used a discount, etc.

Darren Williams That's fair enough and understandable. Or maybe a note that pricing needs to be updated on the customers work order, either or. Also appreciate the super quick response time.

Wish there was a way to upvote this one again ;-) Is there any possibility this request can be developed soon?
Darren Williams
Gerald Martin: It will happen eventually but it is a very complicated one due to ledger interaction as well as the way service packages work in general. We wanted to knock out some other popular requests that were quicker to implement first. I'll update the status when it moves into development.
