I'd like to bump this up on the list, this would help a lot with confusion when getting texts back from customers. we have a text reminder 3rd party system and when the customer replies back to us it just pops up with a few question marks and makes it VERY confusing. Please make this one happen!!!!! I dont want to have to set it up to send an email every time we get a text message, we are all busy and none of us need more tasks on our plates.

It is great to know that the ?? is because of the customer using an emoji. I have asked and was not given an answer in the past of why customer respond and there is question marks in their response where there shouldn't be. Great to have an answer to that question

If you look at the text message in your email, it will show the emoji

Krissi @ True Centre: If you go into Swift there is a setting to forward text messages to an email, in addition to sending it to Protractor.
