In our shop we heavily rely on the messaging system for communication from both internal staff and customer texting. It would be nice to be able to set an urgency level or color option on the alerts that show up on our screen as there is a new message received. Because the service advisors are constantly receiving messages from all angles their screens are constantly full of alerts, but at a glance they all look the same and get camouflaged together. But when a time sensitive one is sent to them, like a technician asking for parts... it may get overlooked as to how fast the service advisor should deal with it. So if there was a setting to make the pop-up alerts flash RED or something when sent from technicians, to look different and stand out to grab the attention of our service advisors that would be very helpful. Also if there was another option to send a message to a 'task list' to help organization, that too would be quite helpful.
