Would like the ability to send pictures back and forth in messaging to technicians as it helps when ordering parts.

Can we have the limit of MB for pics raised up? often the pics we take and want to add to the inspection are too large for protractor. In addition can we have the max of 5 pics per line raised up as well?

What would be nice is to also have the pictures also be part of the inspection sheet and the ability to text and/or send to the customer. This will also give us better records for the technician, service advisor and customer.

I hope this enhancement will allow photos to display inside the program instead of needing to download from an emailed link

It would be nice to message a customer from the scheduled work when they miss their appointed time.
