Lost Appt. Reporting

It would be SUPER helpful and AMAZING to have the ability to choose why we "lost" the appt. For example, when cancelling an apt., I want to be able to choose that we booked the customer too far out. Then be able to run a report to market to them later when we can better service our customers!

It does allow us to do that and use the Deleted Work Summary Report. However, I can't see where we can edit or modify that least, it is either pick from the defaults or free hand. I prefer to be able to add to or edit the list.

Would also be helpful to know the marketing source when it's a new customer. How did they find us & why did they say they needed to cancel? (I guess that might need to be a separate feature request - to include a Marketing Source on the appt?)
