To be able to hand a customer a tablet to have them fill out their contact information and or vehicle information and have it populate directly into Protractor and flag if the customer is already in the system.

Really, what you are asking for is a "Kiosk Mode" application. This allows customers to check in, but does not give them raw access like we have. They get a simplified view and we would hopefully have a queue of checkins to review. Great suggestion.

Brian Pellerin Yes so many places now you fill out your contact info on an iPad and its saved to the system. Right now I have customers filling out their info and putting it into Protractor when they book in person. Some people's writing is so terrible its hard to decipher their names or even email addresses.
