Internal comment section needs to be redone. Imagine writing 20 plus repair orders a day and not being able to have a solid notes section that is time stamped and states which advisor or tech wrote it. On top of that the notes get copied into AS1, which I'm sure can be turned off but still, would like to see the notes section redone.
