Would be nice to ignore special characters in any search bar. It would improve efficiency when trying to find customer profiles such as "Pro-Tech" or "C.V.S.E.", or while looking for service packages that begin with "A/C" or, when a fat-finger incident happens and the "\" is pressed when aiming for the Enter key....
