When using Contact or Service Item searches, the system should ignore special characters. For example, if I'm looking for Pro-Tech, I should be able to type protech, pro tech, or pro-tech to be able to find that account.

Also, some sort of predictive search should be available. Much like Napa's Pro-Link, where if I type "Ball Joimt", I will get Ball Joint results. All search functions across the program would benefit from this adjustment.
