A feature to auto save an exit a work order after it has sat idle for 10 minutes would be amazing. Constantly I am chasing a technician down who is "camping" in a work order. It would make life much easier if there was a way to auto save and close, that way notes aren't lost, but work orders aren't left idle and vulnerable to crashes.
