Hyprid Labor Cost Report

I have a hybrid labor system and I'm sure others around the country do to. I would like to request a way to input the tech, his base pay-based on hours worked x rate, then a way to set a increased rate as the technician increases his amount of hours billed out(not matrix). For example: Base is 20.00 x hours worked. Hybrid for hours produced 30-34.9 hours, Tech is paid 28.52, next level is 35-39.9 hours produced, tech is paid 29.24, 40-44.9 produced is 31.67 and so on in increments of 5 hours for as many levels as necessary. Each reached level gets a set increase of pay for the corresponding hours produced. As it stands, I cannot track my labor costs within protractor and set an appropriate Labor Gross Profit % or $. This would help in reports but also in each RO so SA can see the actual cost of labor to insure they are hitting target labor margin. Thank you.

Actual cost of labor is a difficult one. With so many different takes on the hybrid flat rate system, it makes it hard for protractor to provide a solution that fits everyone.
Our workaround is to load the technician's cost in protractor by a %age for their fringe benefits, and then another flat $ amount to cover things like guarantees, the hybrid system you mention, and other pay types.
