I feel it would be incredibly helpful if the holdovers did not remove the RO's hours from today view. Perhaps it could simply change to the holdover color. If the RO is above another job in prioritization the full hours need to be accounted for in today view. The tech likely is working into the next day on the held-over job. This would allow the rest of the prioritization screen color prompts to still function, and no longer add the nothing assigned line. We add holdovers when the vehicle is scheduled, often the holdover takes the bulk of the hours as we can't predict the start time. If it were possible it could actively reflect in the holdover reducing or extending expected time in the next day based on where it is in todays priority. For example something else is not going to plan there are 2 hrs left in the day, holdover for 3 hrs total time is 7 hrs, holdover for next day can grow to 5 hrs on its own. Allowing for better quick looks into tomorrow via prioritization screen.
